Retreat Hair ships from Melbourne and uses Australia Post. We calculate our shipping rates by weight so they will vary depending on the order.
Shipping within Australia usually takes 3-10 business days
International shipping usually takes 5-14 business days, but can take up to 30 depending on the customs clearance times for each country. For all international shipping, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
On the off chance that we run out of stock of the item you have ordered we will contact you and give you the option of either waiting for the item to come back into stock or we will give you a full refund for that item.
Retreat Hair will accept returned products only when product is unused and unopened and in its original packaging.
You must contact us via email about your return within 7 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. When we receive your email we will send you a returns address. Please email us with a picture of your items when you are sending your item so that we can see the condition of the product before you send it and know why and to expect them.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of any return. If however, you are returning goods as a result of our error (i.e you received an incorrect item or size) we will pay the return shipping costs, please include a receipt. Retreat Hair recommends insured registered post as Retreat Hair is not liable for lost returned parcels.
Once we have received your items, they will be evaluated before refund will be processed. Refunds are usually processed within 3-10 business days upon receipt of your return. we will notify you via email confirming the status of your return.
