1. Complimentary Consultations
What to expect:
For new guests, I offer a 10-minute consultation before scheduling a haircut appointment. This allows us to discuss your desired style, determine the required appointment duration, and provide you with a quote for your selected service.

IMPORTANT: This is not a long consult, and not recommended if you are really needing more time to discuss directions and ideas.

3. Comprehensive Consultations
Personalised Guidance in PDF Format, Valid up-to 5 Years

What to expect:
Online consultation solution that gives you access to expert advice from the comfort of your home.
This is the most comprehensive hair consultation you will ever have. Minimum 2 week turn around, this consultation will be delivered back as a comprehensive PDF,
providing a clear understanding of the best direction to take in terms of styling, guidance and how this can be achieved.

You will be given advice on hair colour, cut, styling, products and salons, helping you out at home and with your stylist. This consultation will help fine tune your hair needs.

2. Style Projection Consultation
What to expect:
During our in-person consultation, lasting 30 minutes to an hour, I'll discuss your hair needs and goals, explore the best options for you, and offer tips for effective hair management. The more detailed session equips you with valuable information for your styling needs. If we identify a specific service direction, a quote can be provided.

"I had been following Nat at Retreat Hair for some time on social media. During a particularly low period, I reached out to her to see if she could offer me any advice about my dull, dry lacklustre hair. I hadn’t been to the hairdressers for my usual colour and cut for almost 12 weeks and my hair was an awful muddy colour with about half an inch of grey roots. "I first saw Nat on Instagram and the first thing I noticed was her beautiful hair and I was hooked. I had reached out to Nat about problems I had been having with my hair such as frizz and my hair not cooperating when I was styling it. Nat asked about the shampoo that I was using and she suggested that I change to a professional grade shampoo or conditioner. That started to make a difference. Nat also suggested that I watch her video tutorials on how to wash and style your hair. The tutorials were very helpful and have made a difference in the way my hair comes out now. I will ask you a series of questions that enable me to fully understand what you want and require from your hairstylist. Hairstylists are all artists and each of us has unique talents. The skill is to find and match the right artist to the right canvas.
